What is Mental Fitness Training And Why Do We Need It?
Mental Fitness is a measure of how good or bad our mental health is.
Good mental health is characterised by a person’s ability to fulfil a number of key functions and activities without becoming mentally fatigued, overwhelmed or unduly stressed over long periods of time. These functions and activities include:

the ability to feel, express and manage a range of positive and negative emotions

the ability to form and maintain good relationships with others

the ability to cope with and manage change and uncertainty
How does one measure Mental Fitness?
A Positive Intelligence Quotient (PQ) score is a good indication of the condition of our mental fitness. The score ranges from 0 -100. The higher the PQ score, the chances of living into your higher potential is greater with greater satisfaction and fulfilment in life.
The PQ score indicates the predominance of using one’s negative tendencies / habits to carry out life functions and activities versus using one’s positive tendencies / habits to achieve the same.

The PQ Programme is a mental fitness program designed by renowned coach and best-selling author of Positive Intelligence, Shirzad Chamine.

How is it executed?
It is run like a bootcamp. You will begin to build your Emotional Intelligence to tackle today’s personal and leadership challenges using:

A focus prompt for the day @ 7am (2 minutes)

PQ Challenges @ 9am, 12pm and 3pm (2 minutes each)

PQ gym that provides further 2 minute, 5 minute or 12 minute mindful practices

1 hour weekly teaching video and exercise taught by Shirzad Chamine.

This learning material is released on a Saturday morning.

Pod(Group) and community discussion in the app

An online weekly group coaching session (30min – 1 hour) to discuss progress or issues and more about the focus sessions. This is a Zoom call on a Monday/Tuesday evening facilitated by me.
Teachings and excercises on the app aim to:

Create a structure that facilitates building self-discipline and consistency by pushing alerts to practice in 5 x 2 minute exercises at certain times during the day.

Commitment to take the time out to do the 5 x 2 minutes exercise at specified intervals during the day and the journal at the end of the day

A smartphone with enough memory to download and use the programme app

Internet connection and Zoom for the app and weekly group / individual coach sessions

The willingness to join in the community and share your experiences in order to learn, teach and share insights. The community is also where we encourage each other to take action or to get back onto the wagon if one of us has fallen off. It is also the place to raise questions if you miss any of the weekly group coach session or individual session.
Pricing Guidelines:

As a certified PQ Mental Fitness coach, I will be offering my services for facilitating the 7 week programme as a stand-alone package as listed below. The programme is offered FREE with my long term coaching packages starting from three months to a year.

Individual coaching price: £300
Individual coaching price for a participant in a group: £250
Groups of 4 individuals or more are encouraged as you get maximum benefit from
group participation and interaction.

Each cycle of the course starts on a Saturday, thus registration must take place
before the weekend of the start date. The first teaching video becomes available at midnight on a Friday in your time zone.
